Anytime Granola

This is such a heart healthy recipe!
Granola is so versatile that you can throw it on anything. In a smoothie bowl, over yogurt or fruit, or just by thew handful. You can add raisins or dried cranberries to sweeten it up!
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut cane sugar
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 cup crushed almonds
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-Mix all ingredients into large mixing bowl folding over to make sure all ingredients are well combined.
-Line a cook sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture evenly.
-Bake for 5 minute then rotate the cookie sheet and bake for another 5 mins (keep a watch on it because it may burn, sometimes I take it out at 4)
-Allow to cool, then go at it!
