Apple Cider Vinager Dressing

We’ve all heard the benefits of apple cider vinegar, everything from weight loss to lowering blood sugar. Personally, I love the it straight up, but I am also the same person who could eat an entire jar of pickles in one sitting...
I wanted to make an easy dressing that I could just whip up! This dressing is similar to a tangy vinaigrette with a ton of flavor! I usually just blend everything up in the food processors, let it sit for a little in the fridge to cool, shake it up, and it's PERFECT!
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp sea salt or pink salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper.
You could easily double this recipe. Store in fridge for up to a month!
