I believe the messier the meal, the better is will be. No matter what I do, I will make a huge mess of my kitchen. These are no exception. The best part of this recipe is you literally throw everything into a large mixing bowl, that’s it.

Another great part is you can freeze these up to a couple months and thaw them in sauce. SO EASY. You can easily fry these up, but baking them I find doesn’t have all that grease.

1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef

3 cloves Garlic, Minced

1/2 onion finely chopped

3/4 cups Fine Italian Bread Crumbs

2 whole Eggs

3/4 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan

1/4 cup Flat-leaf Parsley, Minced

1/4 teaspoon Salt

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Splash Of Milk

Makes about 25:

-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

-Throw all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix until combined.

-Roll these into 11/2 in balls and place on cookie sheet.

-Bake for 25-30 mins until browned.
