How cute are these cookies?! So bright and they are freakin’ delish! This was my first time making cookies with pudding mix, and OMG it makes them so chewy and soft.

This recipe makes quite a bit (about 3-4 dozen) so these are my go-to for any party!

-1 cup butter, melted (I use salted but you can use unsalted)

-1 cup light brown sugar, packed

-1/2 cup granulated sugar

-1 box (3.4oz) Instant Vanilla pudding mix

-2 large eggs

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

-1 tsp baking soda

-1/2 tsp kosher salt

-1 cup milk chocolate chip

-1 cup M&M’s

- In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter with sugars until creamy. Add in pudding mix packet, eggs, and vanilla extract.

- Add flour, baking soda, and salt.

- Fold in chocolate chips and M&Ms

- Line cookie tray with parchment paper.

- Use tablespoon (or a cookie scoop) to place on baking tray.

- Bake at 350° for 11-13 mins.

DO NOT OVER BAKE! The tops should be a little golden.

Allow to cool on a rack and enjoy!
