Mixed Berry Jam

Who doesn’t like jam on toast?!
This shit is SLAMMIN! If it’s got mixed berries, I’m all about it. Chia seeds, even bigger plus.
32 oz bag frozen berries
2 lemons, juiced
1/3 cup on honey
3 tablespoons chia seeds
-Blender up the berries in either a blender or food processor until chopped completely.
-In a large skillet, cook the berries on medium heat adding in lemon juice and honey mixing well. Cook for 15 mins (it thickens, I promise)
-Mix in the chia seeds and cook for another minute.
-Remove from heat and let stand for 20 mins.
Transfer to air tight containers and store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
