(N)ice Cream

Last year I finally figured out that I cannot tolerate dairy anymore. My body straight up hates me. Don’t get me wrong, I fucking love cheese, but my stomach…not so much.
So anytime (girls, you feel me) around THAT time, I craved ice cream like a maniac. Finally I stumbled on the “nice” cream recipes. Not only did I get my sweet fix, but it’s healthy too…I’m in.
This is the basic base of the recipe. Trust, it’s good as is, but why not dress it up a bit? You can throw ANYTHING in there. I’ve seen dark chocolate, milk chocolate, strawberry, pineapple, mixed berry, candy bar, you get it. The possibilities are endless!
6 bananas (frozen)
1/2 cup coconut milk (with the fat)
THATS IT.
Throw in a blender, add what you want, freeze, BOOM!
Scoop and enjoy! Trust me your body with enjoy it too!
