Breakfast Smoothie

My go-to morning smoothie. 🌿

I usually start my day with a 30 min workout (cardio and some yoga) then I’m off to work! This is easy enough to whip up and run out the door to start your day!

↠1 banana frozen

↠1/2 cup mixed berries (I use frozen but fresh is always good too!)

↠1 handful spinach or kale

↠1 tsp chia seeds

↠1 scoop of @orgain vanilla vegan protein powder

↠ 1 cup almond milk


Everything in this smoothie is beneficial to your overall wellness. Banana, berries and spinach/kale for nutrients and antioxidants, chia seeds for fiber, and protein powder keeps you full! Just blend together and enjoy! 🍓
